I have used Lawn Doctor for several years recently and have been very pleased with their service. Before that I had used Lawn Doctor for many years but was tempted by a lower quote from another lawn company. I switched companies and it did not take me long to realize my mistake. After that disappointment I went back to Lawn Doctor and have stayed with them. They have shown up not only on the usual schedule but also when I called to report that thistles had invaded my lawn after strong winds blew the seeds onto my lawn in the back. I have used Lawn Doctor of Camp Hill for over 10 years and have always appreciated their professionalism and customer service. They are careful around my swimming pool and use hand operated dispensers so the products do not get into my pool and change the pool chemistry. When I needed a reapplication of weed control for thistles that crept into my yard from beyond my fence, Mark quickly came personally and took care of the problem. When I call them, I get a person answering the phone, not a computerized phone tree to navigate through. A portion of my lawn was dying and I didn't know what was wrong. I called Lawn Doctor and the owner came over right away to inspect the subject area. He diagnosed the problem and treated the area. He further explained to me how to continue to care for the area in order that new grass seed would eventually take over the area. It was on the front lawn and needless to say you cannot even tell that anything was diseased in the lawn. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed lawn care. ~ Susan Z
